Dim Sum
It's not called
Yum
Cha for nothing.
Soy sauce and Kaitaia Fire hot sauce. BBQ pork buns, prawn, shark fin and vegetable dumplings. Gai Larn and oyster sauce for some greenery, mini spring rolls and marinated, fried tofu. Yum indeed.
